This fantastic split was released last year and i feel was very overshadowed by other limited stuff around that time. There couldn't be a better opener for this split as Sex Wound's track of noise filth is easily the audial sound of an upset stomach about to unload a waterfall dump on your face. Topped off by three stomping tracks by Sump, you will not survive.
Kiwi lo-fi dirt rock going to test your patience and mind. It is a nice change after getting your mind molded by Harsh 70's reality. Scarey Nest is up there for favorite tracks, it's pretty much perfect, kind of like this album.
As you can probably already tell i have a huge throbber for early japanese hardcore punk. This is just another reason why. Here is a short noisy offering from fukuoka's Gai.
the calm harsh sounds of fetor can't even be mimicked. personally one of my favorite early power electronics releases. such a haunting tape.
this has been on heavy rotation for me latley and this album in general dosen't seem to get as much praise it deserves. put off by production or songs being 'too poppy' are no excuse, you're just into dicks.
