these frenchies released this back in 84', they were an industrial band from Caen, Basse-Normandie who went by Déficit des années antérieures or simply DDAA. I would give you more information but that's all i know and looking up stuff to pretend to know what i'm talking about is just too much work. All i know is that this release in particular is superb and is a great combination of early industrial and experimental rock, full of songs with indescribable vocals to make you never sleep alone in the dark ever again.La famille des saltimbanques
